Fort Knox Sergeant Audie Murphy 5K

The Fort Knox Chapter of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club (SAMC) will hold our sixth annual scholarship 5K run/walk on June 29th at Optimist Park in Vine Grove, KY.  The Sergeant Audie Murphy Club is comprised of an elite group of Non Commissioned Officers whose primary mission is to give back to the community in the name of Audie Murphy, the most decorated Soldier is American history. We are a 501 c non-profit organization that serves Fort Knox and the surrounding communities through a variety of volunteer activities and events such as this scholarship run/walk. The purpose of this event is to raise money to offer four scholarships to deserving military affiliated high school students within the Fort Knox and Hardin County school districts.
